As a general rule the riding arenas at Three Runs can not be reserved for the exclusive use of an individual property owner. The arenas are for the general use of all property owners and often times you may be sharing an arena with fellow residents and/or guests. Click Here to download a PDF of the Arena Etiquette Rules.
The arena activity calendar is intended to be a convenience to property owners. Please include schedule information about any planned lessons to be held in the riding arenas. Sharing this planned activity with fellow residents will help everyone make more informed decisions about their own plans to utilize the riding arenas.
Please contact the Three Runs HOA if you are interested in hosting an event (public or private) that would utilize the riding arenas and/or other community amenities. If approved, the HOA will enter your event on both the arena activity and general community calendars.
