At the heart of Three Runs will be an equestrian facility with amenities that
will be among the finest in the area. They include a fenced arena with a stadium
jump course, and two additional arenas for dressage and other flat work training
and a guest barn with four stalls. The crowning touch will be the tasteful
clubhouse at Three Runs where residents and their guests can relax and socialize
on the veranda overlooking the riding arenas. Inside will be a spacious great
room with fireplace, a full kitchen and dining area.
A portion of the trail system includes cross country jumps and gallop areas for
training. And generous easements between all properties will enable residents to
enjoy riding without ever encroaching on their neighbors.
