Property Owners Update
Great News for Three Runs property owners!
Based on a recent review of equestrian community land sales over the last 12 months, Three Runs Plantation is the top selling community in the Aiken, SC area in 2009.
Also, we now have sixteen families in residence and two more property owner homes under construction. One builder spec home is completed and ready to move in and a second spec is under construction.
Holiday Season
We want to remind everyone that the clubhouse is available for private functions. Please reserve your dates as soon as possible.
Keep the HOA informed of any community event plans and dates. The HOA will be responsible for clean-up after community events.
The Pool and Cabana
Construction has begun and we expect completion by the end of December.
