Property Owners Update
The Pool and Cabana
The construction plans for the pool and cabana have been approved by Aiken County and construction on the project is to begin immediately.
The Trails
The trail signs have been installed throughtout the trail system. Trail maps will be completed and distributed to property owners in October.
Signing Guidelines
We have noticed that some property owners are still not in compliance with the new guidelines, that were communicated to everyone in July. Please be advised that the HOA will start removal of all the non-compliant signs on October 1, 2009.
